With one-third of american children being obese, CJ Senter truly is a standout. Known as the workout kid, CJ has been exercising and getting in shape since he was 5 years old. At 10, he rose to fame thanks to a workout DVD aimed at kids who wanted to get in shape and have fun doing it. CJ’s workout routine is a more child-friendly version of something you’d expect to see in the intense p90x or insanity workouts used by adults across the world. That said, this six-pack sporting kid consistently demonstrates his strength, agility and endurance while undertaking an exercise regime most adults wouldn’t be able to handle.

Giuliano and Claudiu Stroe
These two romanian brothers have so much strength and ability that they can perform exercise moves that grown professionals would have trouble replicating. Giuliano recently made headlines when he posted a video of himself performing 90-degree push ups. If that isn’t impressive enough the 9 year old also performed a human flag or over a minute and a half and 31 human flag pull ups. His younger brother Claudiu is following in his footsteps and you can see videos online of the youngest Stroe performing vertical push ups and human flags as if they require no effort at all.
Maryana Naumova
Proving that being the strongest isn’t just for the guys, russian Maryana Naumova currently holds the title of strongest teenage girl in the world. This 16 year old russian student is a noted female powerlifter who wins competitions wherever she goes. When she was just 15 years old, Maryana participated in the Arnold Classic, a competition named after Arnold Schwarzenegger. At the tournament, she bench pressed an astounding 331 lbs – more than most adults can lift.
Jake Schellenschlager
Now 15 years old, powerlifter Jake Schellenschlager began his journey to becoming one of the world’s strongest kids when he was 12. At 14 years of age, Jake entered a weight lifting competition in Pennsylvania. Weighing in at just 119 lbs, he successfully squatted 225 lbs and bench pressed 205 lbs. But, where this teenager left his mark was in the dead lift competition. There, Jake succeeded in lifting 300 lbs – well over twice his body weight and a record for his age and weight class.
Richard Sandrak
While he’s now 23 years old, when Richard Sandrak was just a kid he made headlines thanks to his muscles. Born in Ukraine, Richard started exercising at 2 and by the age of 6 he was bench pressing an incredible 180 lbs. A daily workout routine of 600 push-ups and 300 squats helped Richard maintain his form and a ridiculously low body fat level of less than one percent.
Yang Jinlong
At 7 years old, Yang Jinlong definitely qualifies as one of the world’s strongest kids. The chinese school boy is large for his age, weighing in at a hefty 110 lbs. He also possesses strength which is unusual for kids of his age range. Jinlong has demonstrated the ability to consistently carry his 200 lb. Father on his back. The pint-sized powerhouse can also lift and carry 220lb. Bags of cement. If that’s not enough, he demonstrated the ability to haul the family’s minivan along the road – a handy skill should it ever break down.
Naomi Kutin
13 year old Naomi Kutin is another record setting female weight lifter who shows that girls can be just as strong as the boys. At just 10 years old, she managed to squat 215 lbs-more than twice her body weight, breaking a record previously held by someone four times older. Two years later, in 2013, Naomi caught everyone’s attention when she managed to squat 231 lbs and deadlift 249 lbs. Both attempts broke records and demonstrated why friends and family call her ‘Supergirl’.
Varvara Akulova
The daughter of circus performers, ukrainian Varvara Akulova has been listed in the guinness book of world records and is often referred to as the strongest girl in the world. At just 4 years old she started lifting weights. By 10, she set a guinness record by lifting 220 lbs before smashing that four years later with a massive 660 lb. lift. Interestingly, Varvara doesn’t have the visible muscle mass you’d expect to see in someone so powerful. Experts believe she possesses special genetics, passed on from relatives who also demonstrated exceptional strength.

Security guards roasted for half-baked attempt to extinguish campus fire
A trio of well-intentioned but ill-equipped security guards are being scorned by the internet for their half-baked effort to fight a fire that reportedly broke out in an exclusive Indian university.
Onlookers can be heard chuckling as the three men, obviously eager to help, aim a garden hose at the blaze, which can be seen busily consuming a high-set room in the brightly coloured building.
One of the security guards stands slightly apart from his colleagues, looking a little sheepish – with the other two both manning the hose, he seems at a loss as to what to do.
In the meantime, the two wannabe firefighters continue to try in vain to douse the flames, apparently giving each other advice as they contort the hose.
Suffice to say, the pitiful stream falls comically short of the mark, though the small shrub less than half a metre in front of the men gets a good drink.
But despite the armchair derision of YouTuber "Bala RulZ" and the inevitable bevy of snide remarks, the fire crew that eventually arrived and extinguished the blaze reportedly had nothing but praise for the three men.

Furious Belgian smashes outgoing boyfriend's car with guitar
A luxury car, an acoustic guitar and personal dignity were the immediate casualties of a messy break-up in the Belgian city of Diest, which proved an irresistible piece of street theatre for passers-by.
Camera-phones were quickly trained on the female half of the cashed-up couple when she climbed on her outgoing beau's whip and started laying into it with his axe.
Notably, the windscreen smashes in quite easily, while the guitar stays in one piece.
Must be spruce – which is more than you can say for the pair's whole act.

Wannabe viral star almost scalps herself with cob of corn
A young Asian woman who hungered for viral stardom has got her wish, but not in the fashion she might have hoped.
Attempting to replicate yet another internet "challenge" that proves stupidity is indeed contagious, the woman set out to eat a large ear of corn attached to the end of a power drill.
Given the stunt she was undertaking, it's not especially surprising the girl neglected to tie back her long hair.
A lock of which soon becomes tangled on the cob a few seconds after the drill starts spinning.
Realising about the same time as the person operating the tool that she is about to be scalped by a piece of cereal, the "challenge" is aborted – but not before the corn harvests a significant patch of her hair.
Recently made famous by YouTuber "Eater Yang", an entity who proves that humankind's decadence has indeed reached critical mass, the idea of the stunt is to try and demolish a cob of corn in under 10 seconds.
Unfortunately for this young lady, she demolished any chance of wearing a fringe in about six seconds, and while her hair will grow back eventually, the video of her losing it isn't going away anytime soon.
